Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship across India and internationally to selected countries. Every order is dispatched from our unit in Sanganer, Jaipur.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within one to three business days. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Shipping charges
- Free delivery on India orders of ₹999 or more
- ₹79 flat delivery on India orders below ₹999
- ₹1,800 flat delivery for supported international destinations
Estimated delivery time
- Metro cities: four to eight business days from order placement
- Rest of India: six to ten business days from order placement
- International: 11 to 18 business days from order placement, subject to customs clearance
These estimates include the stated one-to-three-day processing time.
Order tracking
When your parcel is handed to the courier, we send tracking information by email and, where available, WhatsApp. For a status update, contact +91 81073 36843 with your order number.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Check your address and pincode before placing the order. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, re-delivery is charged at actual cost.
Customs and import duties
Any customs duty, import tax, or handling fee charged by the destination country is payable by the customer and is not included in The Baisa's shipping charge.
Delays
Courier, weather, strike, festival-volume, customs, and other external delays can occur. If tracking appears stuck, contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
