Return window

You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after seven days cannot be accepted.

Condition of the item

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed and unaltered
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
  • Free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks or any signs of wear

Exchanges

One size exchange is free per order, subject to stock availability. We arrange a reverse pickup wherever our courier partner services your pincode. If reverse pickup is unavailable, we may ask you to self-ship and will reimburse standard courier charges up to ₹100 after receiving the parcel.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us, we inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection within two business days.

  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within five to seven business days of approval.
  • Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer within five to seven business days of approval. We request the required payment details only after the return is approved.

Shipping charges already paid are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo or video. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping, at your choice. Do not wash or use the product before contacting us.

Non-returnable items

  • Clearance items or products marked Final Sale
  • Customised, altered, or made-to-order pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are fulfilled or handed to the courier. After dispatch, the order must be handled as a return after delivery.

Colour and print variation

Our pieces are printed and dyed in Sanganer, Jaipur. Slight variations in shade, print placement, and minor irregularities are characteristic of hand-processed textiles and are not considered defects. Screen colours may also differ slightly from the actual fabric.
